THREADHOPPING: as long as it's funny
FOURTHWALLING: nah, with few exceptions (deadpools? she-hulks?)
OFF-LIMITS: the typical bathroom stuff
ETC: to anyone who may reach out for any reason, testing things out on memes or diving straight into a 'proper' psl both work for me! a combination of the two is also good - musebox stuff can be worked out too. 18+ if any smut's involved, though.

CHARACTERIZATION NOTES
• it's not as prevalent as it used to be, but there's a common fanon portrayal of tim as this waifish, feeble "uke" type whose worth as a vigilante comes down to his detective brainpower. there's a reduction of tim's characterization to some ready-to-hand yaoi tropes that i'm always interested in pushing back against. tim is neither virginal nor prudish. across the post-one year later teen titans and robin runs, as well as his own red robin series, tim's very conscious of his sexuality - stupidly horny, even - which is exactly why he keeps it under tight control. that doesn't stop him from being affectionate, or the one to take initiative, in a relationship. he just believes that some semblance of stability is needed for him to properly act upon attraction.
• tim also being stereotyped as the "smart" robin is a disservice to the intellectual feats of others in the batfamily. he's not the hacker babs is, and dick was the one to show tim the ropes regarding detective work. tim was also far less interested in school than jason was when the latter was robin. and just because tim is among the "least skilled" robins in terms of combat, that doesn't mean he's to be underestimated. when he was younger, he could spar with two marines while blindfolded, without it feeling particularly difficult. as red robin he held his own against the council of spiders, a group of elite assassins, solo. maybe he can't beat lady shiva, cass, dick, or jason in a fight, but they represent a very small sample size in the larger sandbox of the dc universe that tim can handle. this obviously isn't to say he's invincible (just as batman himself isn't), but a recognition of tim's canon skillset is another way to push back against all the fanon.
IC PERMISSIONS / INFO
PHYSICAL AFFECTION: yes, if there's assumed or established cr relationship-wise
MENTAL CONTACT: sure, but let's hash it out first - like the other bat-people tim's mind is conditioned against (but not impervious to) mental intrusion/suggestion
FIGHTING/INJURY: sure, but let's hash it out first
DEATH: nah
ETC: always down for a variety of plots ranging from fluff, hurt/comfort, superhero shenanigans, solving mysteries, to domestic/slice of life stuff. i'm always a fan of branching out and drawing from comics lore. exploring and interacting with the larger universe of each character - in all the weirdness each setting offers - is a huge plus (bonus points for melding aspects of two characters' respective universes during crosscanon). tonally i rly am down to write from the fluffiest of fluff to dark plots that really challenge these characters
• au's are also a fantastic option, especially video game settings e.g. dark souls, bloodborne, monster hunter, elder scrolls
